What kind of podcast would you listen to?

Istock_000003688733xsmall_2I'm very excited to announce a new breastfeeding resource from Motherwear is in development - podcasts!

Coming soon to a computer or iPod near you will be breastfeeding related podcasts on all kinds of breastfeeding topics.

I have a bunch of ideas for topics and guests, but I wanted to hear from you what you'd like to hear.  So please tell me in the poll below (Having some trouble loading this morning - feel free to leave a comment, or check back later.  May need to be viewed with Explorer).

Ah, very cool (for the nerd in me!).

Things I'd like to hear?

1. Success stories from other breastfeeding Mamas!!

2. Success stories from mothers who didn't/couldn't/or failed a breastfeeding one baby and went on to breastfeed another one!!

3. Tips for how to handle non-supportive family members with anecdotal stories from other mothers who have been through this. Because that's facing me... shortly. :(

I'm interested in sort of a history of breastfeeding, particularly with how it relates to attitudes among the medical community. For example, my grandmother was told she had to quit because she didn't make enough milk, which probably wasn't true. My MIL was told that my husband was allergic to breastmilk, which probably also wasn't true. And nowadays, we think pediatricians are all enlightened, but my suspicion (based on anecdotal evidence) is that too big of a percentage of pediatricians still advocate supplementing with formula (mine did).

All of the above topics sound interesting to me! Can't wait.

All of the above! I would love to listen to a show that did a great mix of all of those topics.

fun! i'd like the controversy ;) but maybe personal stories would be a good niche...

i've enjoyed the LLL podcasts at http://www.llli.org/podcasts.html?m=0,0,8 so i'd be interested in something that doesn't overlap with those too much!

Why limit...all of the options sound like good topics to me! Can't wait!
