A breastfeeding group in Massachusetts is proposing a hand signal women could use to express support of mothers breastfeeding in public.
You can see a video explanation here (fast forward to 3:00 for the signal), but the essence is a combination of the "thumbs up" sign and the sign for milk (opening and closing of the hand).
