The first is from the Ohio Department of Health. It sounds like some observers were fine with the message but a little put off by the milk drool.
The second is from PETA, which you may recall has encouraged the development of breastmilk ice cream in order to, um, wean us off of dairy. This most recent campaign was in response to the recent study showing that $13 billion in health care costs could be averted and 900 lives could be saved annually by increasing breastfeeding rates.
