A few weeks ago I shared a video of my daughter's nursing sign, which to my chagrin is fading away.
I wasn't sure which word would replace the sign. My son's word was "mi-mi" or "uddi mi-mi" (other mi mi). My daughter's initial word seemed to be "nuh nuh," and a few times she used "side."
But she's also a little obsessed with the word "two, and recently started using it for nursing, while pointing at my chest. I love how delighted babies get when they know that they can have MORE nursing, and "two" represents more to her, so why not?
(I also saw her yesterday put coins one by one in a cup and count, "two, two, two...")
What's your toddler's word for nursing?
